The Nepali Center is entirely a volunteer-based organization. All operational and administrative management functions are performed by an elected Board of Directors and community volunteers in accordance with bylaws and official policies and procedures. The Board strives to fulfill all its responsibilities with the utmost integrity, accountability, and transparency.
